These are NWT, although the tag has been detached because I thought my baby would wear them...He did try on and walked around the house for half an hr but he refused to wear them...He complained that it was too small and hurting his feet...No box as we moved and lost a lot of the shoe boxes that I had...Size 25 so I believe either a 8.5 or 9 in US size...Reasonable offers welcome...
